BONDDING is a small, women-owned and independently operated studio founded by two stylists. Every product in our shop is selected with care and shipped directly by us, from our hands to yours.

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. But if what you received isn’t what you expected, we accept returns or exchanges for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

To begin a return or exchange, please email us at care@bondding.studio with your order number and a brief note about your request. We’ll respond with next steps and a return shipping address.

Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Sale items, limited-edition releases, and intimate or body-contact products (such as adhesives or undergarment accessories) are final sale.
We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage.

Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a store credit code that never expires.
